Shipping
We use Royal Mail’s Signed For service, which aims to deliver your parcel between 1 and 3 days depending on the service selected. We also offer Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, which guarantees that your parcel will arrive by 1pm the next day (only if ordered by 5pm).
At present, we only deliver to the UK & Channel Islands. Shipping prices are below:
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1 day delivery aim) – £4.68
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (2-3 days delivery aim) – £4.00
Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm next day if ordered by 5pm) – £7.55

Returns
We are sure you will fall in love with your Foldsi gift box.
If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your gift box, we’re happy to offer a refund (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of your order. To request a refund, email hello@foldsi.com with your name, order number and the reason for your return.
Please ensure that the product you return is in its original packaging. While we do not offer free returns, we will refund delivery costs if we find the product is faulty.
We refund orders within 14 days of receiving the item.
